Absolutely satisfied with the Covid home swab service. The nurse Ludovica who carried out the swabs was always professional and punctual with the agreed appointments. The results were recorded immediately on the regional platform and there was no problem even with the administrative aspect

The evaluation refers to the swab service: The staff does not issue any receipt but only "verbal" information about the test result, and the "promise" of receiving the green pass, which unfortunately was never received. After checking via a government laptop, it emerged that no swab had been recorded. Result: 15 euros paid practically "under the table", no trace of the test carried out, inability to communicate with the pharmacy because it was closed and a myriad of inconveniences caused by a simple failure to verify entry into the system.

this pharmacy gave me a big problem. I took a swab there, but they didn't record my result in the system and I didn't get the green pass. Also, when I asked for the option to print, they said I would get the message on my phone, don't worry. After twelve hours I called the green pass toll-free number (because the pharmacy is close) and they informed me that my result is not recorded by the pharmacy. How can they do this with customers, they have responsibilities, I had faith in them and now I have the problem. And I didn't receive any invoice. Unfortunately during the trial I didn't realize this until home. So be careful everyone here.

Professionalism combined with courtesy. The doctors are always prepared and available. I live out of the area but at least once a year I go to the Manzoni pharmacy, it's incredible, even though I'm not a frequent visitor, they always recognize me and are always very kind towards me. Highly recommended!!!

Rapid swab service upon reservation. Poorly organised. Booked for 9.40am on December 27th, I show up on time and they tell me I have to queue (15 people) because they are "managing" the 9.00am bookings
