Swab service: I called last Sunday to take a swab but they informed me that the reservations were full but thanks to a "hole" they asked me to hurry up and get to them. So I left my name and surname and rushed to them. Arrived at 9.00, after 8 minutes after the phone call, a person other than the one who answered the phone tells me that I would have to wait (and up to now I'm waiting) and that perhaps they wouldn't have had time because all those booked were there plus about ten people off the list and at 12.00 finished or not finished they would have closed!?!. Very different I would say from what I was told on the phone. However I wait and while waiting the chaos is total given that although the people on their arrival introduced themselves to the staff no one drew up a list of waiting leaving people to manage themselves with the obvious consequences. After almost three hours of waiting (11.50) I manage to be processed with a positive outcome. I return after a week this time with a regular reservation counting on things to go better and instead I find a single person instead of three from last week who manages people, carries out tests, payments and draws up the results among other things sometimes wearing gloves and sometimes not. The logic used by the person is not always clear given that if from the beginning of my arrival he carried out two tests, waited for the result, delivered the response and then started with two others in my case he took on many more people and after half an hour hour of waiting to my amazement, after 2 negative swabs done in self-management, I was still considered positive. Now I don't want to say anything with this but allow me personally to have some doubts...

I'm really happy with it, the only big problem is that the phone is ALWAYS (and I stress ALWAYS) busy. And I've been trying to call for two days to book a swab.

The lady is terrible, I ask for a cannula needle and she pretends not to have understood, I tell her that I need it to do a piercing, hoping to clarify her ideas and she laughs in my face, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would go back just to ask her for insulin syringes and have a laugh with her :))))
