I would like to understand the meaning of the night shift for pharmacies? Let me explain better, I live in Valverde last night I went to this pharmacy for an emergency (9 year old child with a fever of 39.8, he vomited the syrup prescribed by the doctor) I have to buy some Tachipirina suppositories to bring down the fever they are about 01:40, (the medical guard advises me to do this, and tells me that a medical prescription is not necessary) in front of the pharmacy (on duty) I find a sign with a mobile number written on it and the words call only for emergencies or medical prescription , mine is definitely an emergency, so I call the number, on the third call I get answered by a guy with a sleepy voice (I assume it's the doctor on duty, I hope so, I think it's mandatory) who asks me if it's an emergency and if I have the prescription doctor, I explain the situation to him well, I don't have a doctor's prescription but I need Tachipirina for a 9 (nine) year old child with a fever of more than 39, in disbelief he tells me that he is on duty and not at night and that the prescription then bounces on me sending me to another pharmacy in Catania or Acireale he didn't know what they were he told me to look for them myself, he'll chase me away, I disturbed his sleep, my urgency wasn't enough to disturb his sleep and in any case a once he woke up he couldn't take a pack of suppositories from the drawer and give them to me, but he told me that if I wanted I could come back tomorrow morning when the pharmacy was open! Now I don't know the exact regulations of the pharmacies that have the night shift, so I can't say that the doctor acted right or wrong, but I wonder what the point of doing these shifts like this is, and if a fever of almost 40 doesn't give me the right to disturb the sleep of a pharmacist on duty! Thank you

One star because you couldn't choose zero stars. Rude, impolite and unprepared staff even in delicate situations. Specifically, a lady with red hair and bangs who was vicious and aggressive towards all the people present, a disgrace for all the staff. Non-existent organization regarding Covid-19 swabs and certifications, the staff was not even aware of the rules and they use a connection that is not adequate for the requirement of green certificates. Pharmacy absolutely to AVOID! I hope that a hellish morning like what happened to me doesn't happen again in the future.

If you understand correctly... otherwise they insist on telling you that the product you said had allergic reactions to, is fine! Plus they don't listen: for 10 minutes I said I had a severe itch in my eye caused by the product purchased and when the one who seemed to be more competent arrived asked "does it itch?" And the self-styled cashier replied for me with a firm "no" and I clearly added "yes, I'm itching otherwise I wouldn't have been here for 10 minutes to reiterate it" and finally they gave me the right product and now I'm healing.

We are in quarantine and almost all the pharmacies I contacted did not provide home delivery ("send a friend or relative"... eh... they work!) or expected payment only in cash. Now I say, if I am in quarantine or isolation, I certainly cannot go to the ATM to withdraw cash and the reserves one has at home (usually) are limited, unlike the costs of drugs for Covid therapy (especially if you are more people in need of care!)... not to mention that money is riskier than POS (which can be disinfected much more easily). In any case, the Bellini pharmacy, on the other hand, offers home delivery and payment by debit card (if there were also a bank transfer it would be the best, but that's fine). This, among various things, means caring about customers! 5 stars well deserved for professional seriousness, availability and sense of duty.
