I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years, which I define as more of a boutique, due to the excellent products available. I tried many new products, from vitamins to face and body creams, professionally recommended by Dr. Antonella. Now I'm trying collagen for example and since I've been using it people have already noticed something better on my face. Obviously I am also a customer with regards to medicines and I have never had any problems, unique kindness and friendliness. Even at 7.30 in the morning 😅. Furthermore, twenty days ago I had Covid and I needed urgent medicines and it was the doctor himself who rang the intercom, because it was a period of turmoil for them too. More humble than that. The doctor with blonde hair and blue eyes has serious education problems. Rudeness and antipathy galore and what's more they also provided wrong and conflicting information. If you're closed, what can you do? I believe that those inside have the right to be served. Thanks but I won't be back because of how I was treated. Doctor, you responded to me by saying untrue things, your collaborator told you untrue things, I have suffered from epilepsy for 31 years and I know that there are drugs that come directly from the local health authority and that it takes at least a day to get them. However, I respect her and her ideas, but if she wants the truth I can publish it, I have everything recorded, so she knows who is right and who told her a lie.

Extremely rude, poorly stocked with products and they always want to get the better of the customer, taking advantage of the appearance that a sick person can give, always trying to give away something that doesn't comply with the request, with the acumen and egocentrism of being able to replace doctors who have written therapies directly from hospitals. If I could I would give 0 stars!
