Good stuff

Just three days ago I purchased a bandage with zinc paste and an elastic adhesive bandage for a total of 22 euros. Not having used them, I brought them back to the pharmacy this morning PERFECTLY INTACT! They didn't want to collect them because they said that by law you can't collect the drugs once they leave the pharmacy: absolutely wrong!!! First of all, they are not medicines, but, by law, you can also collect medicines as long as they are intact. It depends on the pharmacist.....

Terrible service. Unprofessional and sometimes irritating. They often don't have medicines and tend to sell alternative products. They don't provide any type of refund or return (even if the products are intact, never opened and come with a receipt) which the law allows (theirs is a lack of availability and will). Their luck is that they are in a shopping centre. BAD EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

In the comments made by the most on the possible returns, confirmed today after a few minutes from the purchase, they refused the return or gearbox, adding unlikely excuses on 730 registration, there is no excuse, the policy is to deny. Neatpothe with Docet.

After having had my blood pressure measured for a fee, I consulted my doctor and it turns out that the results provided by this pharmacy were not valid. I returned the next day asking for a new measurement because the first one had given untrue results, I was asked to sit down to perform the test again and at the end, to my great astonishment again, I was asked for further payment (among other things they should have told me before the performance but this was not the case). I would like to point out that I didn't think it was right to have to pay again for something that wasn't done well the first time. I was told that it was not possible to have the new measurement done for free because I would have to request it the same day. I find the reason bizarre: since I am not a doctor and have no knowledge of the average values, I would have been proud to make that request. At most, they could or should have proposed it to me themselves, but that wasn't the case. So, instead of refunding the first, incorrect service or offering a second one for free, I paid for a second measurement. And this service in any other pharmacy is free. The score assigned to this review, i.e. 1, is aimed at highlighting the degree of lack of consistency of the company with respect to the ethical principles towards one of its customers
