I was looking for a particular medicine for a friend for almost 2 weeks and finally , I could find it at the “Farmacia Boots” in piazza San Babila! Dottsa Paola helped me a lot with patience , kindness and friendly attitude and she helped me to take the medicine even though it was so late and they were going to close the pharmacy! I wanted to thank her again and highly recommend this pharmacy!
It was my first bad experience at a Boots store. I went to Boots in other countries and I always met nice and helpful empoyees, but here I was treated very rude. After I entered the store and didn't find the product that I was looking for, I wanted to go upstairs to check there, but immediately someone stopped me and asked what I was looking for, in italian, but in a condescending way. They said they didn't have it, not even looking at me. But I still wanted to go and take a look at other products. Immediately they sent someone upstairs after me, asking again what I was looking for. I just wanted to take a look around and mentioned again the product. They said that I should go to a supermarket if I wanted that product, again condescending. I didn't even mind that they didn't speak English very well, the attitude was very rude, like I was a thief. I didn't even looked at other products, I felt really bad and just wanted to leave. So if you are not from Milan or you are just a tourist, I don't recommend going to this Boots store.
What a rude attitude and bad service. The pharmacy is closing at 8pm and although I was there at 7:18 they refused to get me a rapid test. My daughter was there earlier and they didn’t mention I had to be there before 7pm when she asked. I’m a tourist and flying home tomorrow noon time and I need the rapid test and everything else is closed now. Both employees the older and the younger one were so disrespectful and uninviting to tourists and I didn’t change their minds when I told them my flight is tomorrow. I feel really bad for them and the place as a business. I would put 0 star if I could.
Incredibly rude attitude when asked to check the price for the item and even after realising a mistake had been made - was about to get charged 15€ for some 3€ band aids.
A beautiful pharmacy for shopping—I picked up some Marvin toothpaste and Acqua distillata alle Rose (water).
