Well-served pharmacy, nice cosmetics department with nice companies and very nice and comfortable consulting room.

I booked 2 rapid swabs by appointment and both times the appointments weren't even booked, I arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait more than an hour in line for all those who hadn't booked. Furthermore, after almost 2 hours had passed, I asked them for the report and they informed me that it was impossible (both times) to send it to me by email, so I had to wait another hour for it too. Rapid swab by appointment: 3 hours.. That's not the way to work.

Courtesy, professionalism and availability, all things that are not the responsibility of the national health system but of the establishment's staff. I dare say impeccable. As far as I'm concerned, my reference pharmacy.
