Everything is nice, tidy, modern… and then they don't accept all credit cards, for example American Express. I doubt a pharmacy has commission issues.

Very well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, shame about the slightly long wait but overall I recommend it.

It can easily escape and furthermore in 2022 one takes it for granted that the copy can also be sent in digital format and printed calmly later. Then you have to explain to me what sense it makes for reservations to be made online at specific times if the classic queue forms in front of the counter and the employee only calls the name when he remembers. In the tobacconist's shop in front of your pharmacy, when I came to take the swab test, there was a queue of people to make a photocopy of their identity document. So either everyone in Padua has suddenly become stupid (could it be Covid?) or your emails in Italian are not so clear. Or perhaps one expects to be able to send this copy in PDF, as has happened in any business for about 10 years
