What makes them lose points is the withdrawal service. They go on holiday and don't even put the notice on their website. They open two hours a day early in the morning for a limited number of people but they don't indicate how many people they accept so you can queue for 1 hour and then get bounced. In 2023 they still don't have an online or even telephone booking system, you have to queue up like in wartime to get bread. Staff not very courteous. Narrow environment more similar to a cellar, the two receptionists are inside a 2 m2 cage, hygiene during the analyzes is questionable.
Terrible withdrawal service!! The opening time is indicated until 9.00 and then at 7.30 the tickets are already finished. If you decide to provide a service you give it 100%
