The owner who complains to customers about the hard morning. Not very professional... not to mention the "courtesy" at excellent levels. A real PR!! Experience never to be repeated again

Very bad experience. For a few days I've had a fever that doesn't seem to want to go away and, on the doctor's advice, I'm convinced that it's time to switch to antibiotics. It's Easter Sunday and obviously I don't have the recipe. Well, I am suffering from a chronic pathology, one of those that when your time comes you normally say "he had been ill for a long time". As on other occasions in similar situations, I bring with me the latest hospital report: it is a sheet that photographs the pathology, therapies, drugs to avoid, etc. Among the various indications there is also "In case of fever, promptly start antibiotic therapy (Levofloxacin 500 mg) etc. etc." I go into the pharmacy happy to have found one open and I try to summarize everything to the - I think - owner. At the same time I submit the report to him. I notice that he doesn't have the slightest intention of reading it, on the contrary, he steps back slightly as if I had put the fish card in front of him. I sketch out a dialogue, but I sense his pneumatic disinterest. As mentioned, I am debilitated by a few days of fever and I don't have the strength to react. Plus it's almost noon and I need to find another open pharmacy. Luckily I'll find it and in three seconds I'll be out with my very banal antibiotics. To never again.

Every time I go to ask for a drug they ask for a prescription, even for a very common heartburn drug... I don't think I'll go back again
