I was really satisfied when, despite arriving at closing time, without a reservation, I asked to take a Covid swab and they satisfied me. Apart from the fact that they are really kind on other occasions I have had them as their customers. If only they were all like that......Thank you
I called to get information about the swabs and the procedure for closing the quarantine, the woman who answered me did not give me any kind of useful information and acted in a VERY ARROGANT and at times AGGRESSIVE way. I am appalled by such behavior on the part of the front office staff, they are the classic people who take their personal frustrations out on work. No service, no professionalism, I will never frequent this pharmacy again. Disappointed
The doctors are very kind, professional and competent. The pharmacy is welcoming and has convenient parking. A pharmacy capable of creating not only professional but also human relationships with its customers/patients... is not for everyone.
