Continuous hours really every day. I needed to go to them on Easter day, no problem. Staff always super helpful and kind.

I needed to take a swab on November 1st, which is known to be a public holiday and I therefore made sure to call the pharmacy to make sure I found it open and active on the swab front. I was reassured both by the fact that the pharmacy was open despite the holiday (open 365 days) and by the fact that they did swabs. it was also reiterated to me that the pharmacy would, as always, be open continuously and that therefore there would be no need to book. well when I arrived in front of the pharmacy at 2.30pm, the shutter was down and no sign indicated a possible impromptu lunch break. no one answered the phone or intercom. I waited until after 3pm, interacting in the meantime with other users who were upset and annoyed at the fact that the pharmacy, open 365 hours a year, was closed without warnings (not everyone leaves reviews, but some accidents have happened...). I'm not saying that they don't have the right to close, but these closures should be reported and above all the reasonable trust that a user places when he is reassured on the phone that the pharmacy is open and functioning should be taken into account... at least I would have appreciated it being there an alert or a telephone number (that doesn't ring off the hook) to call.

Excellent service and pharmacy always open. The continuous opening hours from Monday to Saturday allow us to meet the needs of customers. Furthermore, even on Sundays the pharmacy is open from 1pm to 4.30pm and this allows us to provide an additional service and an excellent service.
