I go to take a medicine prescribed by the doctor 20 minutes before... The employee wanted to sell me another product not prescribed by the doctor, also insinuating that it was not true that the doctor was on duty because he knew her. Bordering on the absurd... Do you think I come to the pharmacy to waste time? But do you connect the tongue to the brain?
I've had to write for a long time. Good thing they're nurses. Several times they tried to give me aids that did not correspond to what was requested (such as German cotton passed off as elastic compression bandages). At first, I politely pointed out that this was not what I had requested. But when I am told with arrogance and presumption that it is the same, I feel cheated.
