I have been a customer for years and I have always had a great experience with very kind and well-trained staff ready to solve all your problems. Since the pharmacy was renovated, a cosmetics department has been created, followed by a very kind and knowledgeable Barbara who recommended various products suitable for my skin and I was very satisfied. I recommend the Ai Carmini Pharmacy to everyone

BAD EXPERIENCE. In July I enter this pharmacy to buy an Aluseb cream for my dermatitis. Once I got home I noticed that the cream, generally thick in consistency, was instead very liquid, at times watery. Last week I returned to buy a facial foam, Tiomusse, again for dermatitis. The foam usually lasts me 2 to 3 weeks. The foam given to me by the Carmini pharmacy lasts me a week, plus at the beginning of use the consistency is not as voluminous as it should be but very liquid. This morning, Sunday 28 April, I return to the pharmacy and witness a surreal scene. I come in at 8:50 for a froben throat spray and ask the doctor to take it. A service that should have lasted a few SECONDS turns into a travel epic, in a deserted Padua, including the pharmacy. At 8:51 a machine breaks down in the goods warehouse to the left of the counter. The doctors' concern was not to find a solution for me (the customer), perhaps even an alternative, but to make me wait until 9.15am waiting for them to fix the problem. I left the pharmacy without the product, after wasting time there, having witnessed the total lack of professionalism and ability to manage problem solving, which should be the ABC of every activity. I think it's the first time I've given a star to a service.

Friendly and helpful staff. I needed an urgent covid break on Sunday to be able to access my son's pediatric oncology department. Even though they were very overworked they were helpful and extremely professional. Thank you very much for your sensitivity and courtesy

Honestly not at all satisfied. I went to the pharmacy for a persistent cough and was given a homeopathic medicine. I wasn't aware of it, but at least it would be nice to let you know, since they have no therapeutic value (it's also written above). I trusted a professional and was very disappointed, before leaving the pharmacy always check what they give you.

I went in to take a simple look at a cosmetic product and left with an entire skincare proposal. Barbara, the dermocosmetics counter clerk, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely kind and helpful. I can say that the skin routine, offered with samples, is already bringing results and I will definitely return for other purchases.
