I have been here several times because the place where I work is a 3 minute walk from the pharmacy, and unfortunately I have always had to deal with rude and annoyed staff...sometimes even presumptuous! one afternoon I came in and also witnessed a loud discussion between colleagues... which was unprofessional! so much so that I was served with a post-discussion sulk and arrogance. I hope that, in light of the negative reviews regarding the attitude of the staff, there can be an improvement, in my opinion little is needed. In the meantime, I will avoid going back. Good day

The key word is rudeness and listlessness. Unfortunately, I have used this pharmacy several times as it is close to home. I've been going elsewhere for months now. Every time I have entered I have always had to deal with lazy, arrogant and rude staff. Even if the people were different, the behavior was always the same. It's there for all to see.

I went for an eye problem and I cannot help but thank the competence combined with professionalism and profound listening ability of the pharmacists Elisa and Vittoria, who suggested excellent products for my problem, which I solved. Furthermore, there are excellent products always on sale.
