I'm not a person who gives negative reviews but when the limit of rudeness is exceeded I don't stay silent. The rudeness of some employees towards customers is frightening and not only that, they also treat you like an idiot if you ask for information on what you can do to cure yourself and solve your problem. When you go to the pharmacy you expect a place where you can find, if not the solution to a pathological condition, at least advice on what to do. Not only did I not find any kind of palliative for the day (at least before I could go to a doctor), but if they had to give me advice by treating me like a poor girl and mocking me, and literally laughing in my face, well I was at home on the couch. Now, the managers may not agree with my thoughts, but it was enough to use the right WAYS and they would have saved themselves this post, even if he had told me the same things and even if I had only come out with one piece of information anyway. If I could put zero stars on the review I would.

I go for a simple sore throat and they tell me they have nothing, and to go to the pharmacy on duty, all because I arrived at 6.45pm, and there were 15 minutes left before closing.
