Kind on the phone and in the store, I found what I wanted.
Very helpful and well-stocked pharmacy
They didn't replace me with a thermometer that didn't work but was perfectly intact with the receipt in hand after just one day and just one use only because the paper packaging was torn. They also told me that there was a crack on the product when then upon checking another thermometer in the shop turned out to be a normal sign present on all thermometers, it is certainly not for a €9 thermometer but when you buy a product in a pharmacy you expect it to last more than a day... and a little flexibility

Well done. They have everything and are very helpful. I'm also always open.
