Apologizing in advance, I asked if I could be served, the doctor spoke to the customer after serving her, informing her that I had an electronic prescription and my phone was at 5%. In short, to my apologies I added: I don't want to be rude but.... her response was yes, she is a little... customers need to talk. I understand but confirm that I was rude also not!

Enantyum 10 80 euros,,,ibuprofen 10 50 euros,,,you have double the prices that actually cost,,,,ancient pharmacy enantyum 4 66 euros,,,I came to you I got two packs of enantyum and one of ibuprofen by spending 32 euros,,,,you get more than double

We went with a prescription they told us they had to order the drug because it wasn't available. They took money in advance and forgot to inform us that they were closed the next day. Or had to wait 2 days for a drug that can be found in pharmacies without problems.

Rude and irritating. Zero empathy even though I have been a customer for three years and for health reasons, THREE TIMES A WEEK....a shame...

Very knowledgeable, polite and helpful staff, what is missing usually arrives in the afternoon or the next morning! Super!!!
