Just went out on a Saturday afternoon Super nice and helpful lady I will definitely return
I was last night at closing time and I found a lady of exemplary courtesy, if it's not a mask, then we are at the top as it hasn't happened in a long time to find people like that.
The pharmacist had many smiles, but little professionalism. I was annoyed by how he treated a pharmaceutical employee present in the pharmacy to do her job. The intern present was very friendly and well prepared.
I had cuts on the side of my mouth that were giving me a lot of pain and I couldn't eat well so I went to the doctor who gave me an antibiotic ointment, then I went to another pharmacy and they gave me a cosmetic cream, finally they didn't have solved my problem until I went to the pharmacy in the Duomo and they found out that my condition had an underlying iron deficiency so after taking a box of iron supplements the cuts disappeared permanently thanks doctors
Not at all happy, haughty and rude, I went 3 times always thinking that each time it was a coincidence but unfortunately that's how they are, I won't go there again because it costs 20 km to find a pharmacy, I don't understand why you have to treat customers like they were doormats, crazy stuff
