Excellent pharmacy, elegant and right in the center. The staff is always kind, understanding and affable, and above all they transmit that human warmth which is now increasingly missing and which is desperately needed. Furthermore, I have never had any problems finding medicines, it is always stocked and has always met my and my wife's needs, in fact we have been regular customers for years and have always had a great time. I strongly recommend going there because it is worth it, I assure you.

I feel like commenting on my experience last night as it turned out to be particularly negative and offensive. Yesterday I went to the pharmacy to purchase the birth control pill. Although the pill I usually take was not available, I was reminded that I should have a prescription. I responded by saying that I knew there was no longer any need to submit a prescription for birth control. I recognize that the information I had was incorrect, but instead of simply informing me I was asked where I came from. As soon as I declared that I was Sicilian, the pharmacist's response was: "ah, that's why...". When I promptly asked how this could make a difference, and the answer was that "it works differently there", and that I should have presented the recipe anyway especially since they don't know me. First of all, I believe that the conversation we had was discriminatory towards my identity, implying that in Sicily there is not the same care in enforcing the laws. Secondly, I don't see how knowing me could have made a difference. So, if I had been a regular customer, a friend, a relative, would it have been acceptable to circumvent the law? I conclude by saying that the contraceptive pill has been sold in other cases without a prescription by other pharmacies, here in Gorizia. As you can see, despite the prejudices, things change very little from north to south. You could have simply told me you couldn't sell the pill without a prescription, of course I wouldn't have batted an eye. I therefore want to specify that I am only contesting the rudeness, prejudice and arrogance directed towards me.

I recently moved to Gorizia and I went to this pharmacy, the helpful staff was very kind, they ordered me a cream and it arrived within the same day... I highly recommend
