Staffs are well informed, educated, and kind. If not one but probably the best pharmacy/chemist in the city center.
Tourist who wanted to pierce his daughter's ears to have a memory of Verona, visited all the pharmacies in the center without success until arriving here. Very kind doctor who did everything in 5 minutes, no pain and no infection!!!
All the staff are very kind to customers, even occasional ones. Excellent range of products from the Preparatory Pharmacists line. It is possible to carry out various tests whose results can be used in a few minutes.
The best pharmacy there is. Courtesy, availability and kindness. If there isn't a product they will order it for you! Professionalism in recommending the product best suited to your needs. It's my trusted pharmacy
Very bad experience. Staff rude and not at all helpful despite it being early in the morning and with only two people inside the pharmacy. Not recommended.
