December 19th, after 10pm, I go to the pharmacy and hand the emergency room clearance sheet to the counter, asking only for one drug, in particular an antibiotic, I am told about 7 euros, I pass the money to the cash register and receive the rest, but I ask if he entered the tax code that was on the emergency room sheet or if I could get the prescription from the doctor given the late hour. Heavens above... the doctor who was on the other side of the glass told me that this thing didn't concern him but it was my problem to worry about asking for these things before asking for the medicine or paying and that I had to keep the receipt as it was. I pointed out that I wasn't aware of this procedure because wherever I went they always asked me before closing the receipt. And perhaps I was expecting different information and advice to the customer from this pharmacy since it is their job and not mine, and I replied dryly, because the doctor's tone was somewhat over the top, that I found his attitude unprofessional and approximate. At this point the doctor shouted at those present, gesticulating that I only deserved to be slapped in the face, both miming and shouting. I asked him if he was threatening me and that his way of being in the pharmacy was still absurd and that if he wanted he could follow up on the requests. his threats. The doctor threw himself like a madman out of the station threatening to hit me, to which I told him to go ahead but luckily for him and I repeat luckily for him he was stopped by other customers who held him back even though I was stunned and firmly asked to leave him to do since he continued to squirm and threaten to slap me in the face and more. I said he was rude and rude and preferred to leave. An absurd behavior for a pharmacist, fortunately everything as I described without any reaction from me will have been filmed by the cameras present as I indicated in the complaint for threats that I had the lawyer present to the judicial authority, also completing with the testimonies given by some present who on their own initiative they had left me their details and also a mobile phone video, including a gentleman who was before me and was already arguing with the pharmacist because according to him they were responding badly to him for a prescription they couldn't find. I have also opened a report to the pharmacists' association "Conducts that do not comply with the regulations cause serious damage to the image of the profession and, therefore, the Order will carefully monitor the professional conduct of its registered members. Now I may not know the procedures and making mistakes, and it is legitimate to ask for explanations but it is absolutely not to justify a reaction with threats to the person.
Incompetent and rude staff. They don't do tax receipts. I will never go back there again
A few days ago I purchased two Covid-19 swabs at the price of €6 each, today I bought one at the Leone Pharmacy for an absurd €2 I would say. I will never buy anything from you again
Inadequate staff applies discounts inappropriately and denies them to those who ask for them, acting as if they were the owners of the pharmacy
High prices for the night service compared to the average, then I asked for some hydrogen peroxide to treat a wound and I was told it's down at the depot, I won't go down there now, come tomorrow.. Better stop, I've already said enough because then I exaggerate. 👎🏻
