In the first days of December 2021 I called to make an appointment for my husband and I to get the Covid 19 vaccine. I was told that the first availability would be from 15 January 2022 onwards, adding that I would be called back by phone later to make an appointment. Since my phone was not reachable on the first phone call made to me on Sunday evening after 9.00 pm, it was no longer possible to have the appointment. The operator refused to give me the appointment, saying that by not answering the phone I had lost the chance to be booked. At the end of January, both my husband and I's Green Pass expires and I have to go elsewhere after a month and a half of waiting. I am disappointed with the service.

Excellent staff, UNFORTUNATELY SOMETIMES CLOGGED WITH TOO MANY CUSTOMERS WHO DELAY YOUR PURCHASES TAKING TIME... UNFORTUNATELY IT DOESN'T HAVE NIGHT OPENING EVEN IF THEY INFORM THEY HAVE NIGHT SHIFT UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS NOT LIKE THIS.
