The lady at the service tells you not much pleasantly you need to speak italian when you are in Italy although she speaks english. I even brought my requirements translated in the google translator screen ... Quiet strange approach in this touristic area. Also, i was stupid when i didn't check the prize, they sold me eye drops usually available on the internet for 15 eur for 40 eur, check the prize here!
Helpful staff, managed to understand the illegible handwriting given by the doctor. Got to be professional to do that!

The grizzled pharmacist is a rude, grumpy boor. He should show respect for customers, otherwise change jobs. When you ask for information about a product, just say I can't give it to you, or I don't have it, without causing offense. I don't recommend it to everyone.
We are on holiday for 3 days in Caorle and my husband forgot his blood pressure tablets at home. They didn't want to give them to him. Our doctor can no longer be reached at 12 until tomorrow afternoon..... What to do? luckily in another pharmacy they gave them to him without batting an eyelid.
