I wanted to report an unpleasant event, which I do not find fair towards customers. This afternoon, a lady in line in front of me occupied the center of the pharmacy (also not that spacious) with her medium-sized dog, which started barking at me very loudly, pulling the owner in my direction. Faced with the situation, the pharmacist who served the pet's owner completely ignored the fact, continuing to serve the lady without any rush, conversing with her. Once my turn arrived, I actually couldn't get to the checkout due to the aggressive dog, and like me, neither could some other customers who arrived later. Rather than shooing the dog away, the owner asked for "a biscuit to calm him down", which was surprisingly provided from an already opened box kept behind the counter. The dog was then taken further away from the center of the room, but as soon as I approached to reach the cash register the situation started again, in the total indifference of the three pharmacists present, who did not even attempt to calm the situation out of respect for me and the others present . Honestly, I felt quite uncomfortable and surprised, considering the place, and it seems absurd to find myself thanking the understanding pharmacist at the checkout, who was quick to serve me to get me away from the pharmacy. Bad experience, which perhaps doesn't affect the professionalism of the staff but certainly makes me not want to go back.
