Friendly and helpful staff!
Sorry, today I purchased from the vending machine by mistake and paid with the €50 banknote but I didn't see that it said maximum change of €12. the receipt shows the missing change with the writing below to collect from the manager, here it says that you are open but the time on the entrance shows 8.30 and I should go to school. Tuesday at 12 if I present the receipt is it possible to have the missing change?

Unfortunately, from my point of view, I did not receive an appropriate treatment, I can understand that the product (specific for dogs) had been purchased some time ago, we are talking about 2 months ago not years...., but the result was clearly defective and not compensable. Having said that, from my point of view, these products should have some sort of guarantee provided by the manufacturer, but in any case where it does not cover the guarantee it should be the point of sale itself that undertakes to seek a meeting point or a form of compensation (a new product for example), which didn't happen..........
The part of the pharmacy dedicated to kittens and dogs is fantastic, there is everything from food to medicines to flea products. Courteous, kind and attentive staff to customer needs.
