Shameful! There is no doctor for certain services and they don't say it, perhaps for money, the incompetent people present try and, only after failing, they warn them that the doctor is missing and to come back. They get the prices wrong and it also happens that they give you more pharmaceutical products when one they have on sale is enough... Clear sign of ignorance on the subject and incompetence in the environment. A good part of the staff should change jobs, furthermore it seems there are also some staff who legally shouldn't be there. I can tell you that 1-2 pharmacists are friendly but do not cover and cannot hide the shortcomings found on my part for months already. After a certain inability to do a simple test causing physical discomfort I will no longer return.

The best pharmacy in Crotone, very kind and helpful staff..it was my pharmacy for 20 years, now no longer..the owner is very arrogant and grumpy...and that's how customers are lost🤷‍♀️

Purchased a pair of shoes for my mother...€45...Only worn yesterday afternoon and today I will have to go and make the change...not to mention the discourtesy and rudeness of the owner's daughter...bad value for money and staff adequate for the city... .not recommended
