Great place and amazing staff. If you need help with anything drugs, they are the ones to go to. Not only do they speak great Italian, but they speak English too! What a plus.
Let me start by saying that I am from Sciacca (AG) and I don't know the pharmacies in this city. I found myself in Palma di Montechiaro for work and I needed a medicine, as this pharmacy was indicated to me as the closest to where I was working, I went to get it. OMG HOW MANY STORIES ABOUT A SIMPLE DRUG!!!!! I understand that the recipe is needed, but I noticed that the second cashier gave his fellow citizens everything without a recipe. Could I have been the usual stupid foreigner or would I have seemed like one of the ASP? I don't believe otherwise the other cashier would not have carried out those actions I described. Disappointed, "discriminatory" treatment.
Excellent pharmacy, quality and helpfulness of the staff. The 2 new young pharmacists have given a breath of fresh air that makes the customer feel good
Friendly staff, trained and professional in hearing and solving my problems. Smiling doctors even behind their masks. I will definitely go back.
