I needed to purchase a swab at night, after calling and requesting availability, I was informed that there was only the possibility of purchasing 5 swabs together for a total of 64 euros. Even though I only needed one, having Covid symptoms, I reported that I would arrive at 01.30 to make the purchase. Once I got there I asked for the swabs and when it came time to pay, between night rates and unspecified surcharges, the cost had risen to around 80 euros. I presented the tax code for the receipt and a further surprise awaited me... it was not possible to produce the receipt. At that point, not being so stupid and desperate, I declined the purchase. The next day in another pharmacy I bought the same swab, single this time, for 10 euros. For the record, in the end I tested negative. Absolutely disappointed with the Sirio pharmacy, it was enough to be clear on the phone and one would have organized differently, one must not take advantage of people in a moment like this.
