Very little professionalism. They sold me the wrong medicine, after an hour I went to have it changed and they lied to me by saying that the medicine I needed didn't exist. After realizing the mockery, I went back the next day and they sold me the right drug at full price, telling me that they couldn't do anything about the wrong one.
Kind, helpful, prepared and professional.
Kindness, availability, professionalism and also friendliness, which doesn't hurt. They are very attentive to customers to the point that they remember that my mother is an ecologist and doesn't want bags to store purchased medicines 😁.
We live a few steps from the pharmacy, so it's our reference. Very kind and helpful staff, especially in this emergency period they are helping a lot. Thanks to the Doctor in particular, super kind! Thank you with all my heart!
