Farmacia Alla Cerva D'oro

I accidentally left my insulin in the refrigerator in the hotel previous to coming to Venice. After panicking a bit, headed over to this Farmacia. They helped me get insulin with no fuss. They literally saved my life.

We had to do rapid covid tests for all nine members of our school group on the day before our return to the US - on very short notice, Ludovica gave us the necessary paperwork, processed it immediately, and administered our tests within two hours after I first called. She totally saved our last day in Venice! A real joy to find such a friendly, helpful, professional resource.

I wanted to get an appointment for a pcr test in advance for a planned vacation in Venice. I contacted this pharmacy by email; I would like to thank Ludovica for her reactivity, her professionalism to have accompanied us in making the appointment as well as the ease of remote payment. Unfortunately we could not travel due to an unforeseen event, we asked if a refund was possible and we received it within 48 hours! I recommend this pharmacy for any medical advice and support !

Very professional and efficient - Came to our hotel to give us a COVID Test - The test was done when requested and the results were available in less than 12 hours - Very well done - Three weeks after we got home, we realized we needed a copy of the test results for an insurance claim - We emailed the pharmacy and they quickly sent us a copy - Very responsive.

Good prices compared to other farmacies in Venice, the staff is very kind and helpful. Definitely my go to farmacy as long as I live in Venice
