Farmacia Alla Croce

I first came across this pharmacy about 10 years ago, where I asked the clerk a request, speaking quite softly for privacy, and she responded by speaking so loudly that I think they even heard the people who were still about to enter. Last week I came back simply out of necessity and I was hoping not to come across this order again, but instead it went worse than before. I was sick, I couldn't walk and I made a request for a drug (for a fee), this one understands garlic for onion, and not having immediately ascertained the error (I couldn't go back, precisely because I was sick) so I had to keep this this is a drug. Damn, you're not there to sell peanuts.... But get together, for God's sake, do something. I give one star because zero is not possible, for me it remains a terrible service

The doctor and Taglioretti son are very kind and helpful, while Taglioretti's father and wife are less smiling and much less kind

This morning, Sunday 26 August, I go to this pharmacy to ask if it is possible to measure my blood pressure. I am told that it is not acceptable... on Sundays they keep the car "unplugged".... Not convinced, before leaving, I return to the door of the pharmacy where in the meantime an attendant had "looked out" (in Saronno this morning there was actually little movement given the end of holiday period and there wasn't much to do to pharmacy ...) I therefore ask what I should have done given that I was not well and had dizziness....if it really wasn't possible...that I would obviously have paid for the service...I was reiterated that since they were the only pharmacy on duty they couldn't do this service and that I could request it from the emergency medical service. I still can't believe it... incredible...

Excellent experience, all the doctors were courteous and friendly, I asked for some information and they all proved to be very helpful.
