I ordered a drug that they didn't have available, they then closed for holidays and in the meantime the prescription expired. At the time of collection they told me that since the prescription, which they had retained, had expired, they could no longer give me the drug. It will make little impact on their budget but they have definitely lost a customer.

Called to ask about the availability of a medicine, reassured that I can come and get it, went to the location and the ointment had been out of production for some time. At least the courtesy of checking, without responding quickly and without making me travel 50 km round trip in vain. Greetings
