In addition to being widely assorted, we found a lot of kindness, helpfulness, but above all professionalism on the part of Dr. Lorenza. We arrived at the pharmacy very worried about a bad injury to our 2 year old daughter due to a fall while we were on holiday. After providing first aid with dedication, the doctor comforted us and gave us the right instructions on what to do. Many thanks and see you soon.
I have been going to this pharmacy for decades and I am more than happy with it. Sometimes the advice of the pharmacist Dr. Lorenza and her staff was more useful than that of some doctors. Thanks to Lorenza and colleagues.
Bad experience, the pharmacist is uniquely rude, she allows herself to say "hurry up" to the customer even if she first wastes half an hour chatting with other customers. Unfortunately I didn't realize I had to take the number and instead of explaining it politely I was verbally attacked in front of the other customers.
Terrible experience, after days of waiting to receive a prescription from my doctor for a medicine I needed, I finally headed to the only pharmacy in San Martino di Castrozza, where I was on holiday. Even though it was 6.40pm on a weekday Tuesday, the pharmacy was closed contrary to the written time. I started calling the pharmacies in neighboring towns on the phone, so I could find one that was open on night duty, since I would have arrived after closing to reach them anyway. Bad luck meant that the pharmacy on duty was this one in Fiera di Primiero, where on the phone, to be correct, I was worried that it wouldn't be a problem to stop by after dinner, and where I specified that it wasn't a serious emergency or the need of life-saving drugs, but of a drug which, if not taken, creates discomfort and side effects. On the phone they were very kind and helpful, when I arrived at the pharmacy the doctor instead greeted me with a huff in an annoyed and grumpy tone, complaining about everything I had previously given notice of (timetable, the fact that it wasn't an "emergency", etc.) . I, extremely hurt and sorry, pointed out to her that the colleagues at the San Martino pharmacy had not respected the opening hours and that in any case I was paying the 10 euro surplus for the inconvenience caused. "ARE YOU JOKING? IT SEEMS THE LEAST TO ME" Never thought the opposite, in fact But it was almost time for him to send me to hell to be there. I don't usually treat my clients like this, and I don't get a doctor's salary, unfortunately.
Point of reference for the entire Primiero valley, for its ancient and consolidated activity, and for the professionalism of the pharmacists of the Trotter family. Always attentive to customer needs, ready to satisfy the requests of each patient. Without a doubt an asset to be preserved for the entire Primiero community.
