Beautiful pharmacy: new, spacious and with friendly staff. Little availability of products: very often things are not there and have to be ordered... and an alternative is not offered. Coming back obviously sucks.

The pharmacy is very well made, nice internal design, very tidy and simple in the sense that everything is designed to be pleasant without creating confusion. KEEP AWAY! ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT! I would like to clarify to the individual on duty yesterday that if a person goes to the pharmacy at night, he does so for a reason: apparently I interrupted his nap by asking for advice on a simple over-the-counter medicine and, not being resistant in the area , directions to reach the emergency medical service. With an annoyed attitude to say the least and an embarrassing rudeness I was blindly referred to the emergency medical service, so I had neither the over-the-counter medicine nor any indications. Luckily, not far away, a police patrol gave me directions... (As I mentioned the pharmacy and reported the doctor's conduct, the police smiled bitterly... Who knows what that means?!) If you provide a public service you must do it with PROFESSIONALISM, ALWAYS. Education and hospitality are certainly optional, just as it is not necessary for her to continue working if she no longer feels like it. Retire, the NHS will not miss you. The fact that there is another review reporting problems with the doctor NOT serving during the night says a lot... I wish I had read it first!
