Shift service not respected. Today 5 February the ALLA MARINA pharmacy should have been on duty according to the calendar from 8.00 to 22.30. We showed up at 1.30pm, the pharmacy was closed and no one answered the doorbell. The signs indicated an on-call number where no one ever answered despite numerous and repeated calls. If it had been a more serious need, the damage would have been much more significant. Very serious event which, for civic reasons, must be reported.

I'm still waiting for the call for my cardiac holter. Luckily it wasn't serious. I find a lack of seriousness in treating customers who, from a pharmacy service, expect a minimum of professionalism. Total lack of attention and really long waiting times for the staff being so large.
