I went to this pharmacy whilst suffering a migraine and asked for some medicine to help. I also specified without lactose, the pharmacist gave me Brufen which contains lactose. I’m allergic to lactose! Be careful if you go here!!
Looked for a specific drug that I had trouble finding until I came here. Being from another Country, I was very happy to have the Pharmacist speak my language! They had the drug I desperately needed and were so friendly. Even another customer saw I did not know to take a number for the line. I saw her come in after me and did so, then I did. She offered me her number to go before her since she came in after me. I gestured for her to go first but thought that says a lot about people in Vicenza!
Great experience. Pharmacist was polite, friendly, and spoke perfect English. Was very helpful assisting me to work out an issue I had with my original prescription. Only place I will give business from now on even though I live in Gazzo
