Very expensive pharmacy, prices three times higher than the online store (of other pharmacies), and unfortunately the lady who served me was unprepared, she didn't know how to advise or give simple instructions.

Made an appointment for the vaccine. All in peace. And no queue.

Disastrous experience last night at the aforementioned pharmacy, my wife and I arrived at 5.00pm, we lined up as expected and with the utmost respect, I would like to point out that I called on Friday afternoon to find out if we needed to book and I was told that it wasn't necessary. . The queue never moved forward for about an hour and a half then it started to move without understanding why, at a certain point a car stopped a girl got out and didn't get in line and went to the back and then it became clear that there was another open door where anyone who wanted could enter and communicated with the swab room and we stopped, at a certain point a couple of guys from behind us entered, skipping the queue and going in to get the swab. At a certain point the pharmacist dismissed us, saying that those who were inside the room were taking swabs while those outside were doing it the next day at 7.00 in the morning. We told him that we couldn't do it because there were people who had to go. at work at 2 in the morning he said that he wasn't interested and that if you wanted to do it you had to get there earlier, but as soon as you had to get there since my wife and I arrived at 5pm while others had been there in the cold since 4pm ,00? and is this professionalism not to warn us first and leave us out in the cold and then send us home? And lastly, do you have to be friends with the pharmacist to be sure to get the swab given that behind the building there is an open door so that some people avoid the queue by going in to get the swab?
