Unhelpful, arrogant and incapable of treating a customer with decorum, interrupting the call (slamming the phone in my face) while I was still speaking politely. Absurd. P.s. Also look at the arrogance in responding to reviews... just read the answers to understand everything. If you don't know how to relate to people (who also pay) it is better to change jobs or delegate to those who are more suitable..
