The Altesi pharmacy is truly a little gem in the neighborhood, equipped with everything you need and with friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Every time I enter the pharmacy I feel welcomed and listened to, and I always manage to find what I'm looking for. In recent months I have chosen to only frequent this pharmacy, not only for the convenience of its proximity to my work, but above all for the quality of the service offered. The availability of medicines is always guaranteed and, if by chance they don't have any in stock, just come back shortly afterwards and it has already arrived. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a professional service that is attentive to their needs.
After calling several times..I booked the covid swab at 7.15/30 on Monday 25 March 2024..I had also called the Friday before to make sure it was possible to do it at that time, the only problem would perhaps have been the collection of the result that would have happened after 8.15 (so they had said). I arrived and the OWNER (a certain GIULIO) SHOUTED BLASPHEME PHRASES at me, adding that he was alone and got up every day at 5 and that at 7.20 it was impossible to do swabs, if he found out who had told me he would have kicked him out! Then after I answered him, he apologized by saying that he wasn't angry with me (and with whom??) And he would have given me a discount from 15 to 10 euros if I returned at 9.30...NATURALLY I AVOIDED IT AS THE PLAGUE, NEVER AGAIN IN THIS PLACE RUN BY A HORRIBLE AND RUDE PERSON!! NEVER AGAIN'!! CRAZY THINGS, even if I certainly wasn't the crazy one... STAY AWAY!!!
Not very attentive staff. If you tell me on the phone that the COVID swab can be done from 9am you can't then tell me when I show up at the pharmacy that the swabs can be done from 10am and dismiss me by saying "whatever it takes, wait until 10am". People work and professionalism must come first. Never again!
