zero stars cannot be given, therefore 1. just called for information on the availability of a drug with a prescription and treatment plan... telling them that I had the prescription at hand to dictate the codes to them... they elegantly replied that they couldn't check because they wanted the physical prescription for verification (I had already called other pharmacies in Palermo and they had all made themselves available and had checked availability by simply dictating the code) Congratulations for meeting a patient's medical needs. SHAMEFUL TO SAY LITTLE.
I am really happy to be a long-standing customer of this pharmacy. Always excellent advice and some discounts that do not spoil the satisfaction

PHARMACY WITH DISCOUNT PROHIBITED. Maybe they have so much money that they really don't care about the customer. Days ago I bought an over-the-counter medicine, pointing out that they had given me a discount at another pharmacy and told me: (I think it was the owner's arrogance) I don't care about what other people do. And instead it must interest you, because I, like others who read in the comments, will go to other pharmacies where they offer the discount without you having to ask.
Friendly and helpful staff, I have also had my ears pierced in the past without any problems, today I had my nose pierced with Doctor Vanessa, she was very good, I didn't feel any pain, very nice and kind ❤️ highly recommended! ❤️
