This pharmacy is truly the top. Staff always kind and friendly but above all fast! They also often have free events that you can take part in.
I discovered this pharmacy years ago, even though I don't live in Monza, because it is close to my workplace. Since then I have always considered it "My reference pharmacy". The American Pharmacy is well stocked and its staff is always very professional, kind and helpful. Today I still thank Dr. Alberto Siccardi in particular for his efficiency and speed in solving a problem for me. Definitely to recommend. Thank you

Kindness and courtesy are not at home in this pharmacy. Better not to go for quick swabs because the rudeness with which you are treated is unbearable. It is best not to provide a service if you do not feel you have to. Not recommended for everyone.
Due to a broken computer and proximity to the holidays, my wife went to this pharmacy to get the vaccination certificate. It was bounced to other places since the pharmacist made up excuses and various regulations that he could not download what was requested. I then called for any clarification but in addition to answering badly, he further made excuses and told me to do it myself at home. I would like to point out that if I had a working PC I would have done it myself. I would like to remind everyone that it is a public service and they must carry out the service always and in any case. Obviously in a difficult period like this it would be special not to think only about profit
