Introduction: I was a regular customer of the pharmacy in question, but what happened has no excuses! I went to the pharmacy to buy medicines for my grandfather and the pharmacist took the prescription medicines and after marking them, she put them back in the bag. I paid and left. the following morning when I took the drugs from the bag I quickly got the drug in question (VERY IMPORTANT DRUG FOR HEART DISEASES) and I noticed not only that it expired two days later, but that it had already been opened and closed with tape. I go back to the pharmacy and ask for a replacement thinking it was a simple oversight, but the pharmacist rudely told me that the drugs sold cannot be returned, to which I point out that an important drug like the one that must be taken every day it can't have such a short deadline, he replied that it was my problem. I also point out to him that the escarole contains 28 pills and that therefore I would have had to throw away 26 pills. The "pharmacist" in question reiterates to me that the drug doesn't change it for me! So I told him that I would have gone to the police, since I also had the receipt containing the drug code. But magically, he snatches the medication from my hands and replaces it with a new one. Naturally after throwing the drug in my face, he yells at me in front of a full pharmacy not to set foot in that one again! The same thing happened to an elderly acquaintance of mine! BEWARE ESPECIALLY TO ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO TRUST AND DO NOT SEE THE EXPIRY DATES OF MEDICATIONS. BE VERY CAREFUL. NEVER AGAIN IN A PHARMACY LIKE THIS! DON'T JOIN WITH VITALLY IMPORTANT DRUGS! SHAME ON YOU!!!
