Yesterday I went to the pharmacy. I bought some milk for the baby, some toys and cosmetics for myself. It was pleasant to discover that the doctor gave me a discount on both purchases for the baby and mine❤️❤️❤️
Vast selection of excellent cosmetics…. The specialist in the department provided me with the most suitable cosmetics and make-up for my skin type
Terrible experience. After calling several times with no response (their phone robot is certainly as bad as their service) I wrote to their WhatsApp Business only to receive a response 3 days later. When I arrive to take the swab, I meet a young pharmacist, a little disoriented, who asks me if I should do a check-up or take a test. After explaining to him that I have to take the rapid test, he abandons me and disappears for 10 minutes without returning. (8.45am) Once the queue has reached a large number of people, another pharmacist arrives who, with great care, manages to speed up the process. (9.20am) With my 15 euro receipt in hand and a printed form to fill out, I wait in line for over 30 minutes due to lack of staff in the swab section. (Excellent work after 2 years of pandemic, and these prices for swabs in Bastia 15 euros, in Rome 20, for foreigners in Rome 22, for foreigners in Capri 35.... Italy is beautiful, with hope that politicians help us will break our wallets). In the midst of total disorganization, halfway to take a simple swab I discover from other people in line that the order number is needed (no one indicates anything, there are no information signs and the D'Annunziana controversy continues shamelessly) hours ( 9:45A.M). 9:50 a.m. The pharmacist responsible for the swabs arrives and starts calling various names with the adjective "negative!" And now go with the queue again. I observe the swab being performed on another person, performed standing up, in full public without respect for the patient's comfort or respect for privacy. (I believe that these practices were not seen even during fascism). After having swabbed in the middle of the street with several samples, we are now awaiting the result (9.51 am). In short, the overall experience was not at all pleasant and not at all organised.
In August, we went on holiday in Umbria with some friends. Unfortunately, due to a problem we had to turn to the local doctor for an important drug. With the referral we went to Bastia Umbra because it was recommended by the doctor (pharmacy always open every day) Being from another region, Veneto, there were some misunderstandings in modulating the recipe. Immediately filled by the manager of the Angelini pharmacy, with professionalism, elegance, exquisite kindness that goes beyond the duties towards users. We were amazed by the professionalism of this pharmacy in the Umbrian province, even in our city in the Veneto, Verona, a city of strong international tourism. Thanks to the manager and the staff for making our holiday in the special and beautiful Umbria less problematic. You will always be our point of reference when we return. Thank you
As a family, due to work and school, we have carried out at least a dozen swabs at the Angelini Pharmacy, the last of which was this morning. Initially I left a less than positive review on the service but after a comparison call from the Pharmacy I want to change my opinion and give a more comprehensive point of view, from the user side. At present this Pharmacy is the only territorial facility in Bastia where you can carry out a rapid Covid-19 swab, 7 days a week including holidays. From an availability point of view, the service is excellent. The advice I can give as a user is to improve the management of people if possible with clearer communication on the flow to follow and, perhaps, hand over the progressive number for the swab when collecting the form at the check-in desk (at the back of the pharmacy ). Today I witnessed continuous discussions between the people queuing at the check-in desk (collection of forms and possible payment) with people arriving from the front of the pharmacy where the swab point is located, who had also been queuing for some time but... in the place wrong. Furthermore, many were in possession of the code-eliminator number for the swab even before having collected and filled out the form. The Pharmacy certainly cannot be held responsible for the rudeness and arrogance of people but in situations like today's the presence of an operator to bring some order outside would have helped and calmed things down and brought clarity.
