Very rude female pharmacist with dark hair, luckily her colleague (a young boy) intervened and was kinder and was able to help me. It doesn't take anything to be kind to customers, you obviously like losing customers. I won't be coming back again.

Not a positive experience the few times I went. Rude and arrogant staff (with the exception of a slender blonde doctor with short hair and light eyes, very courteous), a doctor with a truly unique rudeness. Equally negative experience for my brother, who more than once found himself with medical equipment that wasn't up to par. I don't know if the attitude is due to the fact that they obviously suffer from competition from larger and more well-stocked pharmacies in the area, but being treated in this way certainly doesn't make you want to return.

Well-stocked pharmacy, an excellent point of reference for the entire Aurelio district, with honest prices and above all with courteous and highly professional staff. I have always found a very valid support even when some medicines were difficult to find. A 10/10 service.

Be wary!!! They don't warn that the rapid swabs are not sent to the Ministry of Health to ensure that you can get out of quarantine. Obviously you pay first and then you find yourself with a surprise. This after 40 minutes of queuing!!! Terrible…money eaters…

Pharmacy to recommend. Attentive and courteous staff. They have recently introduced the swab service which they manage in an orderly, correct and attentive manner to health and hygiene requirements. Reference point for the neighborhood.
