Friendly and helpful staff
Due to health problems I had to postpone the vaccination, the staff's response was truly RUDE, blaming me for the wasted dose, as if the entire pharmacy would collapse. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused but I don't see how a personal health problem and poor management for a "b" plan regarding unused doses should become the customer's fault. I'm sorry that the problem was resolved with great rudeness on your part, it's a shame.

I asked for the amuchina and having run out of it they offered me a hand sanitizing gel made by them: 75 ml Euro 7.90! It seems like an excessive price to me. Furthermore, the product smells terrible and is very sticky!
