I was in need of some diabetic devices on our vacation at Lago di Como so I visited this pharmacy. The pharmacists were extremely helpful and taking their time to figure out how to solve my issue the best and fastest way possible. In the end, their hands were tied as the device I required was unavailable in all Italy at that time. However, as this was out of their makes, they are not to blame and their great effort and kindness deserves a 5 star rating.

Pharmacy in a strategic position with parking, well stocked, if a product is not available it will be procured immediately for the next day m. Friendly and courteous staff. I recommend with pleasure

Ordered 3 packs of supplements and delivered products with imminent expiration. One pack. expires in 8 days. Sent email to bring this to their attention but they didn't even bother to respond.

REVIEW UPDATE: I received a call from the doctor in charge of the shipping service who informed me that, during the week, my case of package breakage was not the only one, so it could really be a problem inherent to the logistics service they provided to report. The lack of response to the email or the elapse of time was linked to the fact that the pharmacist in charge of online sales does not deal exclusively with those but also with the other services offered by the pharmacy. I, therefore, accustomed to the speed and timeliness of other e-commerce sites specialized only in online sales, had translated that delay in customer service into something negative so that they would not have been interested in my problem and I would have lost money (which, unfortunately, it can happen on the web). I proceeded to apologize to the pharmacist but, not knowing that the pharmacy did not have a separate person in charge of exclusively taking care of shipments, customer service, orders, I certainly could not imagine that these delays depended on the fact that the pharmacist in charge, rightly She's not a pharmacist so she also does other things. I would like to point out that I interfaced with the pharmacy exclusively through their website and based on the package that arrived so my review is exclusively inherent to their e-commerce and not to the professionalism they have towards patients or anything else . The pharmacist in charge called me to inform me that I would receive the lost product so I am very satisfied with the solution. Now I await the delivery. I'm very sorry because the pharmacist was very kind on the phone and will certainly be an excellent pharmacist, but, unfortunately, the e-commerce world is impersonal and the important cornerstones are: speed both in shipping and in customer service so I certainly couldn't imagine all the behind the scenes. The pharmacy's customer service doesn't even deserve one star. After ordering a package worth €50, upon delivery, I find it missing a cream and completely broken. Calling the number on the package, a lady answers, placing the blame on the logistics service. The creams inside did not have any sealing, not even a piece of temporary tape that could, to a minimal extent, guarantee the mechanical resistance necessary to not open during the journey. The package looked like a reused box of opercula, clearly already opened by the pharmacy, for sale. This could have also been positive as an eco-sustainable method, too bad that it too didn't have even the slightest trace of a seal or, I repeat, scotch tape to keep it closed. A service that I would never have expected from a pharmacy open to the public. Terrible customer service that denotes a lack of professionalism in the e-commerce world. To make matters worse, I received no response to an email sent yesterday regarding the fate of the phantom package. I remain hopeful of being able to receive feedback from the pharmacy but, from the tone of the last call, I think the direction is towards "washing your hands". Despite this, I invite the pharmacy to give greater importance to customer service which is the fundamental element for good e-commerce.

Given the affordable price, I bought 6 packs of GRINTUSS online. Unfortunately the expiration for all packages is May 2019. Upon my complaints I was told "You didn't have a gun pointed that forced you to buy". I think everything speaks for itself.
