The pharmacy is ok but whoever takes reservations at the cup one a little overweight is rude, rude and offensive as well as a liar to get the covid vaccine I was told that in Imola they only do the first dose and they sent me to Castel San Pietro instead I I phoned the local health authority and there were no problems getting the vaccine in Imola.. don't trust me... it needs to be changed, it's not his place there, I won't make reservations when he's there and I would also like to write to the local health authority to complain. .very bad person and even offensive..the rest is ok in the pharmacy...SEND HIM AWAY he shouldn't be allowed to offend customers for free he should seek treatment for problems

the pharmacy is well stocked. Too bad for the cup reservation clerk, very badly behaved, (the gentleman who has obesity problems unfortunately I'm sorry) never misses an opportunity to respond badly to customers instead of finding solutions. Zero professionalism! He doesn't want to work, he just warms the chair, I advise you to avoid when that gentleman is there. The rest of the staff were friendly!
