The pharmacy is well stocked, the staff competent and helpful. Being in the town center, parking space is limited.
My husband and I came across this pharmacy as it is one of the few in the area that guarantees the rapid swab service (only with reservation). Initially they offered the possibility of making long-term reservations, but then they were forced to reduce reservations to no more than 2 weeks due to constant cancellations and rescheduling of customers or even ghost customers. Initially this disappointed and destabilized me as it did not give me the possibility of planning my long-term swabs with certainty, which were necessary for me to be able to enter the workplace. In fact, I risked not finding availability for future bookings and therefore I was then forced to divert my requests to another pharmacy that instead gave me this possibility. Upon reflection, I understand the choice just as I understand that the staff has been subjected to a considerable workload and tension, sometimes also becoming the object of nervousness of customers who in turn are under pressure. In a situation like this, everyone needs to be empathetic. In any case, Doctor Ilaria, in whose hands we have often ended up, has undisputed professionalism and delicacy, as well as great availability and courtesy!
To do a quick swab you need to bring a deposit of 5 euros (I would pay 8 euros for the swab) therefore, you would have to go to the pharmacy twice, and not everyone lives in the work, plus you don't have to have a cold, so I deduce that in this pharmacy Are the swabs just to get the green pass? Even asymptomatic people can be Covid positive. And if you don't go because you get cold you also lose the deposit. Mahhh!
The pharmacy isn't bad, they're nice. I criticize the fact that if you have to book quick swabs, you have to give a deposit and if due to something unexpected you can't show up.... You lose your money....
Appointment at 3.30pm for a swab... At 3.20pm I was already in front of the gate, I see all the opening operations, they call a boy by name (therefore a friend) meanwhile I stay there waiting for them to call me... At 3.50pm I ask when we wanted to be called, they reply: "yeah but she had an appointment at 3.30pm" ...how cheeky.... Shame on you...
