I had booked a swab test for 4.30pm. Well, I pay for it (I tell the counter that I booked it) and they give me a number to get in line, the wait strangely lasts a good 50 minutes (outside the pharmacy in the cold). Finally it's almost my turn when one of the pharmacists arrives and says to me "Excuse me, could you let this person pass in front of you? He has the swab booked for 5.20pm." When I tell her that I should have had the swab almost an hour before she says "Ah but why do you have the number?" I don't know, maybe because you gave it to me even though I clearly specified that I had booked it? “People booked shouldn't have it, are you sure you said you booked it?” Obvious? I come here and despite having booked it I decide to wait 1 hour for no reason why do I want to? I don't think I will set foot in this pharmacy again

"The Pharmacy" by definition. Competence, kindness, availability: everything a person who turns to them even just once a month for the usual therapy really needs. Pharmacists available and trained, always present. Feeling followed even via WhatsApp is priceless...

Well stocked and.. But I wonder: We do not swab those with COVID symptoms (even mild ones) or those who think they have had contact.. contact your GP.. if you exclude colds in winter and suspicions of contact during the COVID period, in my opinion nothing has sense...this is how to clog up our already collapsing healthcare system. Cit.doctor: Let's say that we cannot listen to the requests of all citizens otherwise we will collapse.. no I'm sorry, thanks you have citizens in these 2 years at 15 euros per swab and you have enriched yourself through speculation..

I was answered by a doctor with great sensitivity, kindness and helpfulness who told me that she will solve my problem on Monday. I thank you very much, luckily we are not there. they're just grumpy pharmacists. I wanted to end with a thought of mine. I too have worked for 36 years in contact with people but I have never allowed myself to be rude even when I had problems I have never denied a smile to anyone.
